For Fall 2016, Birkenstock introduced two new metallic colors in the Arizona style, anthracite and tourmaline. Those who have been following the company throughout its recent fashion resurgence know that the metallics have been some of their most in-demand items (remember the first rose gold/ bronze Arizona that sold out in a month?!).
The tourmaline Arizona features a full leather upper in a garnet shade. The metallic texture beautifully reflects light and is sure to be a show stopper. The buckles are a deep bronze which blend in perfectly. A dark chocolate brown sole completes the colorway.
If the bold color of the tourmaline is too much, the neutral tones in the Arizona anthracite might be more to your liking. The metallic pewter leather upper can easily be paired with a little black dress, skinny jeans, or slacks to provide a dressier look. 
Both of these new metallic offerings come in the ever-so-comfortable Birkenstock soft footbed.
While the metallic upper can give these sandals a dressier look, like all Birkenstock sandals, the wardrobe options are as vast as your imagination. Our store's loyal customer Nicole paired her anthracite Arizonas with leggings to create the perfect athleisure look!
As with most Birkenstock seasonal offerings, the metallic anthracite and tourmaline are available in limited quantities, and once they sell out, there is no telling when or if they will be manufactured again.
